30-Day Return Window
Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees, no hassle.
Original Condition
Items must be unused and in original packaging. Products showing signs of use may not qualify for a full refund.
Free Return Shipping
We cover return shipping on all eligible returns. A prepaid label will be emailed to you within 24 hours of approval.
Refund in 5–7 Days
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days and appear in your account within 5–7 days.

Submit your request
Fill out the return form below with your order number and reason for return. We'll review your request within 1 business day.

Receive your label
We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours of approval. Print it and attach it securely to your package.

Drop off your package
Take your package to any carrier drop-off location. Keep your receipt — it contains your tracking number.

Get refunded
Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is processed within 2 business days back to your original payment method.

Can I exchange instead of return? +
Yes — if you'd like a different product instead of a refund, note it in the details field. We'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost if the items are the same price.
What if my unit arrived damaged? +
Take a photo and submit it with your return request. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Are filters and consumables returnable? +
Opened or used filters and consumable parts cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
How long does the refund take to appear? +
After we receive your item we process refunds within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds will appear within 5–7 business days.
Do you offer returns on sale items? +
Sale items are eligible for store credit only, not a full cash refund. Final sale items clearly marked at checkout are not eligible for return.
Is my warranty affected if I return a product? +
If you choose an exchange rather than a refund, the warranty on your replacement unit begins from the date of the new delivery. Your statutory rights remain fully intact throughout.
