Likley New Condition
Items may be lightly used but must be returned in clean, like-new condition with original packaging, accessories, and documentation. Products with significant signs of use, damage, or missing parts may be subject to a partial refund or may not be eligible for return.
Free Return Shipping
Returning your item is easy. For all eligible returns, we'll cover the return shipping cost and email you a prepaid shipping label within 24 hours of approval. Just attach the label to your package and send it back to us by mail - no additional shipping fees required.

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days and appear in your account within 5–7 days.

Take your package to any carrier drop-off location. Keep your receipt — it contains your tracking number.

Once we receive and inspect your item, your refund is processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Common Questions
Can I exchange instead of return?

Yes — if you'd like a different product instead of a refund, note it in the details field. We'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost if the items are the same price.
What if my unit arrived damaged?

Take a photo and submit it with your return request. We'll send a replacement immediately at no charge — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
Are filters and consumables returnable?

Opened or used filters and consumable parts cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
How long does the refund take to appear?

After we receive your item we process refunds within 5-7 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, the funds will appear within 7–10 business days.
Is my warranty affected if I return a product?

If you choose an exchange rather than a refund, the warranty on your replacement unit begins from the date of the new delivery. Your statutory rights remain fully intact throughout.
