Orders
How do I place an order?+
Browse our products, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and payment methods shown at checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?+
We process orders quickly. If you need to modify or cancel, contact us at support@airnation.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, the order may have already been dispatched and will need to go through our returns process.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships you will receive a tracking email with a link to track your package in real time. You can also log into your account to view order status. If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Is it safe to purchase on your website?+
Yes. Our store is powered by Shopify which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We do not store your credit card information. All payment processing is handled securely by Shopify Payments.
Do you offer installation services?+
Currently we do not offer installation services directly. However, our products come with full installation guides and we recommend certified HVAC technicians for split-system units. Portable and window units require no professional installation.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?+
We ship worldwide to selective destinations available at checkout. We are continuously expanding our shipping network — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when your region becomes available.
How long does shipping take?+
Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Larger units such as split-system air conditioners may require additional handling time of 1–3 business days before dispatch.
Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — free shipping thresholds and promotional rates are displayed at checkout and are subject to change. Large or heavy items such as full HVAC units may incur a freight surcharge regardless of order value.
My order hasn't arrived — what should I do?+
First check your tracking link. If the tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your building's reception. If the issue persists, contact us at support@airnation.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy for complete details.
How do I start a return?+
Visit our Returns page and fill out the return request form. We will respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.
Can I exchange instead of return?+
Yes. Note your preferred exchange item in the return request form and we will arrange it at no extra cost if the items are the same price, or if you pay the difference for a higher-priced item.
How long does my refund take?+
Once we receive your return we process refunds within 2 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds will appear in your account within 5–7 business days.
Are filters and consumables returnable?+
Opened or used filters and consumable parts cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Unopened items in original sealed packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Air Conditioners
What types of air conditioners do you sell?+
We carry portable units, window units, and split-system air conditioners. Each is suited to different room sizes and installation requirements. Product listings include recommended coverage area in square metres and BTU rating to help you choose correctly.
How do I know what size unit I need?+
As a general guide, 8,000 BTU covers up to 20m², 12,000 BTU covers up to 35m², and 18,000 BTU covers up to 50m². Ceiling height, insulation quality, and sun exposure also affect what you need. If you are unsure, contact us and we will recommend the right unit for your space.
How do I clean my air conditioner?+
Clean or replace the air filter every 2–4 weeks depending on usage. Wipe down the exterior with a soft damp cloth. For split systems, we recommend a professional service clean every 12 months to maintain efficiency and air quality.
What energy rating do your units have?+
All AirNation units carry an A+++ energy rating — the highest available. Our inverter-technology compressors adjust output based on demand, meaning significantly lower energy consumption compared to fixed-speed units. Full energy data is listed on every product page.
Do your units work in both cooling and heating modes?+
Most of our split-system and portable units are reverse-cycle, meaning they provide both cooling and heating. This is noted clearly on each product listing. Window units are cooling-only.
Air Purifiers
What filtration technology do your purifiers use?+
All AirNation purifiers use true HEPA H13 filtration, independently tested to capture 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns and above — including dust, pollen, pet dander, smoke, and PM2.5 fine particles. We also include an activated carbon pre-filter for odour and VOC removal.
What room size do your purifiers cover?+
Each purifier listing includes a CADR rating and recommended room size in square metres. We recommend choosing a unit rated for a larger area than your room if you have pets, allergies, or live in an area with high pollution levels.
How noisy are your purifiers?+
On sleep mode, all AirNation purifiers operate at or below 25dB — quieter than a whisper. Maximum speed noise levels are listed on each product page. We do not sell units we would not sleep next to ourselves.
Do your purifiers produce ozone?+
No. AirNation purifiers do not use ionisers or UV-C technology that produces ozone as a byproduct. Our filtration is entirely mechanical — HEPA and activated carbon only. Safe for use around children, pets and people with respiratory conditions.
Do your purifiers connect to smart home systems?+
Select models are compatible with smart home systems including Apple HomeKit, Google Home and Amazon Alexa. Compatibility is clearly marked on each product listing. All units also include a physical control panel and remote.
Filters & Consumables
How often should I replace my filter?+
HEPA filters should be replaced every 6–12 months depending on usage and air quality in your area. Pre-filters and carbon filters typically need replacing every 3–6 months. Your unit will display a filter replacement indicator when the time comes.
Can I clean and reuse my HEPA filter?+
No. True HEPA filters cannot be washed or reused — doing so will damage the filter media and significantly reduce filtration effectiveness. Some pre-filters are washable — this is noted on the specific filter product page.
Where do I buy replacement filters?+
Replacement filters for all AirNation units are available directly on our website. We stock filters for every unit we sell for the lifetime of the product. We recommend purchasing filters only from AirNation to ensure compatibility and performance.
Do you offer a filter subscription?+
Not yet — but it's coming. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when our filter subscription launches. Subscribers will receive early access and a discounted rate on all replacement parts.
Warranty & Support
What does the warranty cover?+
All AirNation units come with a 2-year parts and labour warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal domestic use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, or failure to maintain the unit as specified.
How do I make a warranty claim?+
Email us at support@airnation.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photos or a short video if possible. We will assess your claim within 2 business days and arrange a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Can I get my unit serviced after the warranty expires?+
Yes. We stock parts for every unit we sell and provide full service documentation. We offer out-of-warranty repair support at cost. We believe in building products that last — not products designed to be replaced.
Does using a third-party filter void my warranty?+
Using non-AirNation filters may void your warranty if damage is caused as a direct result of incompatible filtration. We strongly recommend using only genuine AirNation replacement filters to protect both your unit and your warranty coverage.
