We ship all orders from our warehouse. Every order is packed carefully and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Larger units such as split-system air conditioners may require additional handling time before dispatch.
01 — Shipping Rates

02 — Processing Times
- Standard orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed.
- Large units such as split-system air conditioners may require 2–4 business days additional handling before dispatch.
- Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
- We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with full tracking once your order dispatches.
03 — Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website or by logging into your account.
- Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order ships.
- If you did not receive a tracking email, check your spam or junk folder first.
- Contact us at support@airnation.com if you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering.
04 — Delivery Issues
- If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, check with neighbours and your building's reception first.
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date if you believe your package is lost.
- We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
- AirNation is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery.
- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
05 — Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt.
- Email us at support@airnation.com with your order number and photos within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement at no charge — no need to return the damaged item in most cases.
- Do not discard the original packaging until we have resolved the claim.
06 — International Shipping
We ship worldwide to selective destinations available at checkout.
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by your country.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
- Some large HVAC units may not be eligible for international shipping due to freight restrictions — this will be indicated at checkout.
07 — Changes to This Policy
Shipping rates and timelines are subject to change without notice. We will update this page when changes occur. Rates confirmed at checkout are final at the time of purchase.
