AirNation is a company that designs, curates and sells air conditioners, air purifiers, HVAC accessories, smart home air systems, filters, and related products. Our store ships and sells worldwide.

02 - Use of Our Website

By using our website you agree that you will not:

Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems or data.
Reproduce, duplicate or copy any content without our prior written permission.

03 - Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in your local currency unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible - minor variations may occur.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing your order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

04 - Orders & Payment

When you place an order you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
You are at least 18 years of age.
You are authorised to use the payment method provided.
The information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including if we suspect fraud.
Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and our authorised payment partners.

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items.

05 - Shipping & Delivery

We ship to selective destinations available at checkout.
Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are indicative only - they are not guaranteed.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, strikes or circumstances beyond our control.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
Free shipping thresholds and promotional rates are subject to change without notice.

06 - Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. Our full policy is set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Items must be unused, in original condition and in original packaging.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving your return.
Opened or used filters and consumable products are not eligible for return.
Your statutory rights under consumer law are not affected by this policy.

07 - Warranty

All AirNation units come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects and component failures under normal domestic use.
This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect or unauthorised modifications.
Commercial use of domestic-rated products voids the warranty.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number and a description of the fault.
We may repair, replace or refund at our discretion depending on the nature of the defect.

08 - Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law, including but not limited to:

Satisfactory quality — goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.
Right to cancel — your right to cancel distance purchases within 14 days of receipt.
Protection from unfair trading — protection from misleading or aggressive commercial practices.

If you believe your statutory rights have been affected, you may contact the relevant consumer authority in your region.

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, product designs, graphics and code - is the property of AirNation and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of our content without prior written permission from us.

10 - Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AirNation shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunities.
Damages exceeding the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Any loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any breach of your statutory rights.

Our website may contain links to third party websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or terms of any third party websites. Visiting linked sites is entirely at your own risk and we recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before providing any personal information.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

13 - Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the country of purchase.

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@airnation.com and we will do our best to resolve it within 5 business days. If we are unable to resolve a dispute, you may refer the matter to an alternative dispute resolution body or seek resolution through the courts.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or via a notice on our website.
